Voice of the Heart is the eleventh album by American pop duo Carpenters. It was released in 1983 after Karen's death and contains material from her final recording sessions, as well as previously unreleased tracks from sessions over the years.

Karen's last recording is included on this album, "Now," recorded in April 1982 while Karen was taking a break from medical treatment in New York and had temporarily returned to California. The song was recorded in one take.

Now is the third and final single released from the album. The single is also the third posthumous release after Karen's death. "Now" was Karen's last recording before her passing on February 4th, 1983.
